Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 250 g rice noodles
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 stalks of green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Step 1:
Make the dressing in 30 minutes by combining brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil and rice vinegar.
Step 2:
Prepare raw rice noodles, heat a frying pan with a few tablespoons of oil and add the noodles and fry them. As soon as she starts to puff, take it off. After cooking, add it to the mixture.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cooked and shredded chicken, scallions, and toasted sesame seeds. Let cool for about 10 minutes, and before serving, add the rice noodles. You can also pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve immediately.
