Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 7 cups thinly sliced white cabbage
- 2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
- 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
- 6 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Step 1:
In a medium bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, Chinese cabbage, red bell pepper, carrot, green onion, and cilantro. Stir in peanut butter before serving.
