Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups sifted flour
- ½ teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup cooking oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup chopped nuts (to taste)
- 1 cup banana puree
- 1 ¾ cup instant oatmeal
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Step 2:
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Step 3:
Whisk fat and sugar together. Add egg, mashed banana, oatmeal and nuts. Mix well.
Step 4:
Add dry ingredients, mix well and place cookies on baking sheets.
Step 5:
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes. Cool down. Store in a closed container.
