- 2 eggs
- ½ cup applesauce
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup sugar
- 10 g vanilla
- 3 bananas, mash
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup frozen strawberry pieces
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Grease 12 muffin tins.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, butter, sugar, vanilla and banana puree. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon, stir into banana mixture until mixture is moistened. Stir in strawberries. Put the dough into molds.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Cool before removing from molds.
