Tender cabbage with bacon pieces and nuts. Wonderful warm salad or you can serve as an independent dish

Ingredients:
- Salt pepper to taste
- 250 g chopped bacon
- ¼ cup butter
- ⅔ cup pine nuts
- 2 kg Brussels sprouts, chopped
- 3 green onions, minced
- ½ teaspoon seasoning
Instructions:
Step 1:
Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Fry over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and set the bacon aside, leaving the fat.
Step 2:
In the same skillet, melt the butter in the bacon fat over medium heat. Add pine nuts and cook, stirring until browned. Add the Brussels sprouts and green onions to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Saute over medium heat until cabbage is tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in bacon before serving.
