- 4 slices of chopped tomato
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 300 g beef fillet
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sweet and sour sauce
- 4 slices of melted cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon red pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the meat, peppers, onion, garlic, and sweet and sour sauce using your hands. Divide into 4 balls and flatten into patties.
Lightly grease the grill surface and place the patties. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side, or until done. During the last 2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty. Spread dressed mayonnaise on the inside of the bun. Place cutlets in buns, top with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve.
