- 4 cups chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups peanut butter
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 10 g vanilla
- 6 cups powdered sugar
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. The dough will look dry. Roll out and cut into balls and place on waxed paper.
Poke a toothpick into the top of each ball (to use later as a dipping handle) and chill in the freezer, about 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir frequently until smooth.
Dip the frozen peanut balls into the chocolate using a toothpick. Place back on a baking sheet and refrigerate until serving.
