Cookies according to this recipe are very sweet and chewy, and the chocolate chips just melt.

- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons fruit syrup
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 20 g vanilla
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chopped chocolate
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the syrup, water and vanilla. Mix flour, soda and salt; stir into peanut mixture. Pour in the chocolate. Lay the dough on a baking sheet 3 cm apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until edges are golden. Let the cookies cool for 1 minute on the baking sheets before removing. Cool completely before serving.
