Grilled beef steak easy

Grilled beef steak Recipes

What could be tastier than meat? Of course, there are supporters of fish and poultry, as well as vegetarians. But I prefer beef. Tender and juicy medium rare steak will make you fall in love with this red meat. Even a child can cook it, and the incredible aroma during grilling will stimulate the appetite of even the most satiated family members.

Instructions:

Step 1:

Mix marinade ingredients in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Place the steak in a bowl and turn so that it is completely covered with the marinade. Cover with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 2:

Preheat the grill to a high temperature so that your hand cannot stand the heat near the grate even for a second. And leave a low heat zone. Remove the steak from the marinade and gently tap excess marinade from the steak (not removing all of the marinade). Place the steak on the hot part of the grill and brown the meat for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the steak to the colder part of the grill, cover and continue to cook for a few minutes to your liking (I love medium rare steak). To determine the degree of doneness, I recommend using a meat thermometer (50 C – low, 60 C – medium).

Step 3:

When the steak is ready, remove it from the grill and place it on a cutting board. Cover with foil and let stand 10-15 minutes. I recommend cutting the meat across the grain. A bread knife is best for slicing. Cut the finished beef steak into small slices and serve with any side dish of your choice. You can bring the rest of the marinade to a boil on the stove and serve as a sauce for meat.
