Homemade Banana Pie Recipes

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
  • ⅔ cup of kefir

Homemade Banana Pie



Step 1:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, soda and salt; postpone.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add bananas. Add the flour mixture alternately with the kefir to the whipped mixture. Stir in chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared mold.

Step 3:

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a damp kitchen towel to cool.

Baked banana pie is ready
