How to make waffles
Prep: 5 mins Cook: 15 mins Total: 20 mins Servings: 6 Yield: 6 servings
Soft homemade waffles are much tastier than store-bought waffles. They are very easy and fast to make, the main thing is to have an electric waffle iron at home. The dough for waffles is the easiest, the waffles will be slightly crispy on the outside, but then they become completely soft. When serving Viennese waffles can be sprinkled with maple syrup, honey, condensed milk, or any jam. You can also “glue” the waffles with boiled condensed milk. In any case, in 15 minutes you will have a very filling and delicious breakfast.
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt butter with sugar, salt, and vanilla extract
Then add milk and eggs. Stir everything thoroughly
Next, add the flour and baking powder. Mix the dough thoroughly until homogeneous.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker. I pour 2 tablespoons of batter on one mold. Spread it over the mold and cover it.
Bake for the time required for your waffle iron, about 3-5 minutes.
