How to Make Classic Waffles

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt butter with sugar, salt, and vanilla extract
Then add milk and eggs. Stir everything thoroughly
Next, add the flour and baking powder. Mix the dough thoroughly until homogeneous.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker. I pour 2 tablespoons of batter into one mold. Spread it over the mold and cover it.
Bake for the time required for your waffle iron, about 3-5 minutes.
