Slow Cooker Barbeque Recipe

Tender and juicy meat stewed for 9 hours in barbecue sauce. An excellent replacement for French meat, which has already become traditional on our tables. The good thing is that there is no mayonnaise.

Prep.: 10 minutes  Cooking time: 9 hours  Servings: 8 servings


 

Ingredients:

 

  • 500 g barbecue sauce
  • 1.5 kg boneless pork
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Step 1:

Place the meat in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder and season with salt and pepper. Pour the barbecue sauce over the meat. Simmer over low heat for 6-8 hours.

Step 2:

Remove the meat from the multicooker and chop, return to the multicooker. Simmer for 1 more hour. Serve hot.
