  • Egg 1 or 2
  • 1/2 cups lobster (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 tablespoons Cornflour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter (Unsalted)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Oyster/ Soy Sauce
  • 350 g Egg noodles
  • 20g Ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Step 1.

Place butter in a medium saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add the flour and stir for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble.

Step 2.

Gradually pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 3.

Pour in the sauce and simmer for about five minutes or until thickened and bubbling.

Step 4.

Prepare the lobster by cutting it along the back and legs. Remove the claws and tail beforehand.

Step 5.

Drizzle the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. In a large saucepan, boil the lobster meat and water. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-12 minutes.

Step 6.

Drain the water from the lobster meat. Place them on a baking sheet and bake the lobster meat for 15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked through.

Step 7.

Pour over the lobster with the butter sauce we made beforehand. Bake for another 3 minutes at 500 degrees Fahrenheit on high heat.

Step 8.

Soak the noodles in warm water for 10 minutes to allow them to soften. Then add them to a pot of boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Then strain the noodles and set them aside

Step 9.

Combine the soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper flakes in another small bowl, mix well, and set aside.

Step 10.

In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the sauce to it, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Step 11.

Add the sauce to the noodles and place the noodles on top of the lobsters once they are cooked. Bon appétit.
