Ingredients:

  • Thick chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), 2 pcs.
  • Grated sharp cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup
  • Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, 2½ tbsp.
  • Cream cheese, 1 pc, 8 oz. package
  • Pepper, ½ tsp.
  • Thyme leaf sprigs, 2 pcs.
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp.
  • Salt and garlic powder
  • Paprika for color
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 450°F. This is because the cooking process takes longer and the chicken will be more tender, crispy, and juicy at higher temperatures.

Step 2.
Get more cream cheese. Heat the cheese to room temperature and melt it in a bowl. Then add 2½ tablespoons of dried Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning.
Also, add a sprig of thyme. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture and mix well, knead for 1 minute, then pour in the salt and pepper. Continue to knead for another minute. A nice aroma will begin to float in the air.

Step 3.
Moving on to the chicken. Prepare two thick pieces of skinless, boneless chicken breast. The pieces should be thick enough to allow you to drizzle the mixture over them. Now cut the chicken down the middle.
Then you should make “pockets” to pour the mixture into them. Next, close the pockets with a toothpick – this way the flavorful mixture will not leak out.

Step 4.
Prepare a tray and pour some olive oil on it. Place the chicken on the baking tray. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the chicken. The pepper is used to give the chicken a reddish hue. Now place the chicken in the preheated oven – it will take about 35 minutes.
The chicken turns out delicious – crispy, cheesy, and tender.
